Five Trades, One Crew.
Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, decks and siding across Manatee and Sarasota counties. One crew runs the job from demolition through the final punch list, and the scope and the price are in writing before anything comes apart. No job is too small and none is too large.

Luis Handyman Services
Bradenton, Florida
One Crew.
Five Trades.
Luis Handyman Services is run by Luis Pineiro out of Bradenton, and it covers forty towns across Manatee and Sarasota counties, from Palmetto at the top of the map down through Sarasota and out to Anna Maria, Longboat Key and Siesta Key. Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, decks and siding are all handled in house, which is the whole point of the business. When one company owns every trade on the job, nobody is waiting on a subcontractor who never confirmed the date and nobody is standing in your kitchen explaining that the delay belongs to somebody else.
The range is deliberate. The same crew that will rebuild your entire interior will also come out and handle the short list of things that have been bothering you for a year. No job is too small and none is too large, and we would rather be the company you call for both than the one you call once.
Every job starts with a walkthrough of the actual house and a written scope with a price on it before anything begins. If something is uncertain, and in homes of this age on this coast it sometimes is, we say so up front rather than writing a change order later. Se habla español. That is the entire promise, and it is not a complicated one.

How The Job Runs.
Four steps, the same on every job, whether it is one bathroom or the whole house.
The Walkthrough
We come out and look at the actual house. Measurements, what is behind the walls where we can tell, which walls are carrying load, and what you are trying to end up with.
Scope And Price In Writing
You get the full scope and the number on paper before anything starts. If something is uncertain we say so up front instead of writing a change order later.
Permits And Approvals
Permits, inspections, association design review and island flood requirements are handled by us. It is the step out of area contractors miss and then lose weeks to.
One Crew, One Schedule
The trades are sequenced by us and run by us. One point of contact for the whole job, and you always know what is happening next.
What Homeowners
Say.
Reviews from homeowners across Manatee and Sarasota counties.
“They walked the house with me, told me which wall could come out and which one was holding the roof up, and then put the whole thing in writing before they started. The price at the end was the price we agreed at the start.”
Homeowner

“We pulled up the carpet expecting to buy new floors and there was original terrazzo underneath the whole house. They ground and polished it instead of selling us something new. It looks better than anything we were about to pay for.”
Homeowner
West Bradenton, FL
“One crew did the kitchen, the bathroom and the lanai, so there was one schedule and one person to call. After dealing with three separate contractors on the last house, that alone was worth it.”
